The BEST darn chocolate buttercream frosting ever!!!!!

- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa( I use Hersheys powder baking kind)
- 4 cups powder sugar (I use any kind I have in the house.)
- 1/4 cup half and half or reg milk if you don't have the other
- 1/4 cup shortening( just fluffs it up a bit!)
- Beat butter on high for about 30 seconds
- Add cocoa and 1 cup of p. sugar beat until well incorporated.
- Add half of the milk and the remainder of the p. sugar and beat till incorporated.
- Continue to add milk until you get the consistency you want.
- you can pipe this on cupcakes or spread on a cake... It is YUMMY!!!
