We had a garage sale yesterday or should I say the kids got all there old stuff ready to go and I took them over to my nieces house at 5:00 am and they set all there stuff up with Jili and Jaci's stuff, they had a grand time. All I asked was that I got back the money I put into the ad! They made a grand total of 60 bucks and they were so happy! My kids are great, from the time they were very young, it started with their candy at Halloween time, we have put it all together to share and yesterday, with out hemming and hawing (and without prompting them) divided the money equally. It answered a question I asked myself long ago will the concept of sharing really pay of with children so close in age. We never let them say mine and I see that 10 years later my mothering skills payed off! Well at least one has!

Yeah, I know I sound like I've been constantly complaining about my rugrats lately (and it's only because they're bored, and it's the dog days of summer, and it's hot, and they're bored, and they're getting on each other's nerves, and there's no real money to do anything, and they're B-O-R-E-D!! You get the picture!), but one thing I will say about my three.... they're the same as your two about sharing. They're really, really good about it, and every time they're considerate of each other like that, it just makes my heart swell with pride! :)
Good for them, making some extra pocket money! And good for you, for doing so well with them! :)
You've got some great kids! What a fun way for them to make some summer money.
