The last week was pretty crazy! With the wedding and all that entailed. Keeping the house and laundry up. Which really the laundry never happened. Trying to get our interest rate lower on our house, Home schooling, and cooking. I am really exhausted! I will admit we ate out more then I wanted to. I hate that really. Since I haven't been working I cook so much more at home and I cook pretty good stuff. So eating out is not what I like any longer. It has been great to plan menu's. It will sure help when I get back to work. Being at home has taught me how to run my house in a more efficient manner. This time off has really been a blessing! Not as much money but worth the blessings!
Back to my last week and what I learned. I learned something about my son, which I knew, but he figured it out. We got in the car after Julie and Adams reception and after everyone who thanked me and told me what amazing young man I had. Ryan got in the car and told me he gets such a wonderful feeling after he serves people. Now being a member of the LDS faith this is what you try to get across when you are rearing your children. Hopefully this is just really a general parenting rule, but in the church it is so important! This boy of mine is amazing!
I learned that keeping the word of wisdom really has promises that we should pay attention to at all times!
I also learned that little girls around the age of ten really do like each other and want to play and giggle. It is so sad that when they get a little older, they can get so mean to each other! I hope Summer stays as sweet and loving, and hangs out with girls that share those same values and emotions!
So the last thing I learned was that my arm is getting better but I abused it on Saturday with camera. So now I know it is not ready to do 8 hours of dealing at the Palazzo. So I don't think the doctor will release me this coming week!
Ok enough of of what I learned. Time for laundry!!!
