This may sound very silly, but I must blog this. This date will always be en grained in my head, because when I was in my early teen years I was crazy about him. I even got to know him a wee bit. Who is that you are asking? Well my blogger buddies, mostly Cheryl. It is Donny Osmond. I grew out of him when I was around 15, when I realized that I liked John Powers and I wanted to start kissing boys in my
vicinity. Plus he lived in L.A and I lived in Orange County, plus he had gotten really really really famous by then......
However I did meet up with him when he was at Borders here in Vegas a few years ago. 33 years later. Anyhow I showed him a picture of us and he was blown away......He was really nice about it all and gave me a kiss and a hug and said it has been a long time...over 30 years? I agreed and went on my merry way,..... of course with a smile from ear to ear.
So here's to you Donny Osmond! Happy Birthday

LOL. I was never a fan until I saw him in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and realized what a true hottie he was! You're a true fan, though, to remember his BDay?!? I'm impressed.
I can't see the other pictures! Only the first one showed up. What will I do without seeing my Joseph today?

Ooohh, yumm-o! Isn't he the sweetest man in person? I've had the priviledge of meeting him twice, and he struck me as being really down-to-earth, very witty, and very much a "real" guy (sounds like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, eh? ;)
