This Fourth of July picture is dedicated to my dad....."Sky Eagle".....5-19-1923 - 3-28-2008. Dad we will miss you tonight as we light off the fireworks. It is the first family holiday without you! We also know how much you loved being an American Indian.

My husband loves eagles so much that he's got one tattoed on his right forearm! :) He's proud to be an American... and I think that's an honorable thing.

Dropping off hugs. The first year after we lost mom was rough, and the date you lost your dad struck me. My mom died 3-29-05. We had the song, "Together Forever" sung at her funernal, as it had been one that really meant alot to my family.
(Kudo's for homeschooling. What made you decide to do it? I'm planning on starting this fall.)
